Metal Roofing
Corrugated metal and R-panel are cost-effective options for barns, detached shops, and covered patios in Mcclusky. We install 29-gauge and 26-gauge corrugated with exposed fasteners using neoprene washer screws. For homes, we recommend 24-gauge standing seam with concealed fasteners. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Mcclusky areas.
Commercial Roofing
Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in Mcclusky. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking.
